Today i have come up with a settings app for our Galaxy Y posted by bbclo531 on xda forums , which requires no root and looks like the stock settings app of the galaxy S4 ..... isn't it amazing !!!!!
I have tested it , its working absolutely fine with no bugs or errors , since its a signed apk , it will automatically relace the existing settings app of your phone (whichever rom you are on) ....
