[ROM] [CM7] Optimus Nexus Me v5 for Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5360

Optimus Nexus Me is a custom rom based off CyanogenMod7 and currently developed by Yash98 at xda-developers forums. From the looks of it, the point of this rom is to give users the Nexus 4 feel and look, judging by how it is themed on the screenshots. It is a very light in size rom and has all of the bloatware removed, even most Google apps, but you are left with Play Store and Google Search.

Installation:

  1. Download the two zip files to your sdcard
  2. Power off your phone, boot into CWM Recovery
  3. Go to mounts and storage, make sure everything is mounted
  4. Go back, choose to install zip from sdcard and choose the Percy_G2_CyanogenMod2_2.zip file
  5. After it is done installing, go back, go to "advanced" and choose "Reboot recovery" option
  6. Your phone will reboot into the new Recovery mode from the kernel you flashed
  7. Head again into mounts and storage and format /system, /data and /cache
  8. After formatting them, mount them all
  9. Go back, and now select to install zip from sdcard
  10. Choose the rom zip file, choose Yes to confirm
  11. After installation is complete, choose "reboot system now"
